Experiment to document the results of soymilk fermentation at room temperature over an indefinate period of time. No variables were present in the experiment, but that really can't be said because no control was available.
Results:
Crust of milk over goopy tan gooshy stuff.
Globs of alternatingly squishy and hard soy.
A putrid aroma filling the immediate vicinity with its scent.
Experiment concluded to be a mild success.
Experiment dumped down the drain.
New experiment to begin in the near future, probably Wednesday morning at 8.00 am.
